keep canceling offer, joy buyer, not a buyer u looking for, canceling offer after agree the price that we give , suspicious bcoz keep asking detail video and pic, mayb a scammer who try to use our pic to sale item to other buyer, beware 1st offer he ask to ship to KL second offer ask me to ship to perak... wasting time ,
We have the choice and full rights to decide. Agreement is after signing papers. True that at times we had a quick decision but eventually still find some faults in the decision made. Its not a commitment. Buyer's choice as long as payment has not been remitted. You can ask for deposit if you ask. If buyer didn't turn up in the stipulated time frame, seller has the full right to forfeit it. You are the scammer instead without the knowledge giving all those unreasonable comments.
