The bag was already on super sale and priced far below brand new retail. I also made sure to disclose all the issues before you purchased it. At such a discounted price, it’s not reasonable to expect it to be in brand new condition. If you expect it to be in a brand new condition—just buy in store, but I don’t think you could with the same price as I listed. FYI you were the first person who gave me a bad review given my good reputation in this app.
