Seller sold the piece that I reserved with a deposit. Though she apologised, offered a refund and an alternative with a discounted price. The alternative product of the same brand is not authentic and brand new as promised as I have the authentic product (which is far from the original polene from the material, logo and the inner lining) and the insides show signs that its been used.
