If the phone was “very ugly,” it’s unclear why you continued to negotiate for a further discount. The phone was priced below market, listed as no nego, and clearly marked as USED. You inspected the phone, removed the tempered glass without prior confirmation, negotiated, and still chose to proceed. The review reflects your behaviour.
