Please kindly note that I have made it clear that buyer needs to come to my office unit to collect the item and arrange delivery by yourself. You have not arranged for delivery and forced seller to carry the 40 inch TV downstairs to you on the date of trade. The agreed price did not include any delivery on seller's side. I refuse to compromise to buyer's unreasonable request which has never been agreed or accepted.
Item seems not to be in the condition described. I flagged my concern after sale, seller took little interest.
