Bought a body shop body butter from her. Before payment, she assured me that the product was manufactured on 2013. Upon receiving, it was on 2011 and the product has passed the expiration date. Asked the seller about it and she claimed it was a mistake and was willing to refund 50% to me. At the end, all's well... Though she does take some time to get back to me and refund.
