I agree it was my mistake. I even apologised and was ready to arrange the delivery to give u the product that day itself without taking extra charge. I'm human and I can make mistakes doesn't make one " horrible". If I was genuinely caught up with something and then realise and didn't reply as well then u could use the word " horrible ". But I replied. Apologised and even was ready to arrange a delivery... Anyways I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your feedback
