Backed out of deal after making an offer and confirming meetup twice, MIA at meetup, waited with no reply. said she had issues (I assume monetary) but seems to have been able to continue making deals anyway. only replied once told that I would leave a -ve feedback if I didn't hear back in 24 hours. Proceed with caution. Retaliated with a -ve feedback even those chances were given and I actually left a neutral instead. Reported to carousell.
