She confirmed purchase last week. One day before COD ystd, she agreed to meet at 4-5pm. Gave her my number & told her to WhatsApp me for easier contact. She didn't. Fine, that's ok. I ended up waiting the whole hour. No turn up & no word. She msged me later saying she was caught up w/ stuff. Replied her within 5mins & left a few msgs but no response since ystd. You can be busy but the fact is that you AGREED to something. You could take 1min to reply, instead of leaving people hanging. Thanks.
