THE WORST SELLER! Item was defected, not ‘manufacturing defect’. This obviously qualifies for a refund, but seller refused. Carousell had approved my refund request and told me to get refund. But seller wanted to keep my money and claimed not her fault due to ‘manufacturing defect’. She lied to her previous trader. She had originally agreed to trade the item with another user. I was the later one who asked her to sell me this and she agreed, turning the other user away with some lame excuse.

A very irresponsible seller, I was very prompt with payment but after mailing, waited for more than 3 weeks and items not received, messaged her via carousell for proof of video but was told that she was in overseas and will get back on Monday, messaged her via SMS on Tuesday, no reply either, decided to wait till today, Wednesday to leave a feedback. Deal with your own risk. Lost mail is understable and unprevented but I have requested for video proof yet you did not provide!
