Seller was fast in her response. She was also accommodative on the location for meet-up. When we checked the item on the spot, there were no green line across the screen. However, when we got home and downloaded a book on the kindle, the green line appeared. We tried to get Seller to provide a receipt so that we could check with Amazon but she did not respond. 😔

Shocked with this review. Btw, i responded with your queries and i told you it was a gift to me so I will "try" to get the receipt. Your bf checked the item before receiving it. It was all good and no lines. Why should I be responsible if a line appeared after a book is downloaded? Can you see whats wrong here? I sell it with less than the price in the market. All good. I did not use it so much. I have an existing account in the device as well and downloaded some books with no issue. Unfair.

trying to follow for the iphone original invoice but end up not replying now. She said can provide the invoice. Need the invoice for future warranty reference. Even if on telco plan, at least provide the copy. Quite disappointed.
