Overall a friendly buyer, but he seems to have a habit of making offers before deciding whether to follow through with buying said items.
Offer accepted. And immediately the buyer cancel. Pls don’t offer for fun!

Fickle buyer who likes to put an offer and then doesn't follow through. Buyer doesn't seem to read important listing info as well such as pick up arrangements, etc.
