Weird fella. Came down to transact for a watch. Inspect the watch thoroughly under a sunny day. Was happy with the item and agreed to deal. Next day started msging and blaming for ‘wrongly misrepresented’ the watch as being scratch free at the bezel. 🤷♂️ How can it be possibly the fault of the seller when the buyer personally inspect the watch himself. Not happy don’t buy. Simple as that.
Seller has the responsibility not to misrepresent the condition of the item. A truly sincere seller should not state condition as perfect if it is not. This is misleading and dishonest. It is easy to state that the onus is on the buyer to check everything but only the seller will know if he is aware of the defects and choose to say the condition is 10/10
