Booked a bouncy castle and the service was outstanding! Setup and teardown were super fast and totally hassle-free. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The extra cushioned layer under the ball pit was a great safety touch. My only regret? We only got 350 balls. Should've ordered 350 more to properly fill the pit! Highly recommend this clean and professional rental company.

All i can say this rental is super worth it, from the price, the service, the extra miles they go to when we have trouble with the power points. Set up personnel was patience and kind. His actions of solving the problem is definitely a respect. Glad that the kids love it soo much and they just can’t get enough. Definitely will be my go to if there were to be a next event.

Rented the gachapon for child bday party. All the kids were queuing up non-stop just to turn the knob and get their surprise toy. We chose the Sanrio theme and the capsules were super cute and good quality. Delivery was smooth, the machine came clean and ready to go, and setup was quick. Definitely something different and fun for a party. Will book again next time with different theme!
