The green light sensor for the heart rate doesn’t work. A little honesty about its issues upfront would have been nice.

I have never had an issue with the green light not blinking. It must be a software issue and not a hardware issue as you are suggesting.As far as honesty is concerned, I even mentioned the slight nick on the screen. Try updating the App or reboot the unit.
