賣假貨唔承認，同她對質堅定不移地認為就係真的，我舉出唔同證據證明給她睇個耳機就係假的，點都唔信，我甚至拿去回收的店鋪給人睇過都係假的，上網找人鑑定又係假的，冷暴力處理，發信息當見唔到，一個星期都唔上線，上線又唔回復。我提出解決方案嚮退返個耳機都唔得，我願意退還的金額少d都唔同意，根本唔想解決，一直話個耳機係真的，又冇實質證據，我一直舉證都唔信。為咗一千蚊做到這種地步真係歎為觀止。認衰當教訓，我冇檢查清楚有責任，但賣假貨唔認、唔處理係你本身的問題。事情發生至今半個月的時間一直都唔處理，回覆都做唔到。希望大家引以為戒，當場檢查清楚貨品。
