Not often response, won't actively update the status. Product was requested by post, after transfer money, the product was posted/recejved by seller as wrote incorrect address. Seller promise to repost the product, but over 12 days still have no update. No evidence/picture shows that the mail is post or follow up action. Seller hasn't online 2 days and I feel extremely disappointed and frustrated.

呢次係我第一次寫差評，星期日payme入左數比賣家，賣家好快包好影左相話星期一寄出，星期三開始揾賣家問寄左未，一直係app 未有回覆，星期四whatapp 揾到佢先話今日會去寄，我唔揾佢佢都唔打算通知我寄左未，最後要求退款賣家願意的。但今次真係好開心既交易
