本店所有遊戲機除特別指明外，都有一個月保養。 本店有向買家提供維修/退貨方案， 如機器售出後一個月內有非人為問題， 本店會提供免費維修服務 或 退貨並退錢服務。 但買家沒有遵從本店保養流程，無法讓本店提供保養服務。 本店心感遺憾。 本店所有遊戲機發貨前均有做測試，確保機器運作正常。 由於買家沒有退回機器，本店無法確認問題是人為損壞 或 運送過程導致損壞。 如有買家遇到主畫面/遊戲卡頓問題， 請於主機主畫面，按SELECT掣， 把"CPU CLOCK XMB"及"CPU CLOCK GAME"調至最高。 感謝大家合作。
