Can u pls reply? I need the receipt to send the charm for repair cos it came loose after just one month! I am suspecting it is not authentic from Pandora! Of Co's I need the receipt for repair as advised by the staff at Pandora shop. If no receipt, I need to pay for repair fees. I don't ask for anything I don't need at all. Very lousy seller! Pushing away all reponsibilities as a seller, kept asking me go Pandora shop for my problems.
