Seller's listing said that it was a preserved sunflower but it turned out to be a fake, which I didn't realise until I left. When confronting the seller, she said that she thought preserved and fake were the same. She seemed genuine, and offered to give a full refund, so it was just a misunderstanding. But just take note when dealing. Other than that, she is friendly, responsive, and accommodating
