Accepted offer but upped price before we could deal. Not cool.

Whether I have accepted the increased price is immaterial; if you have accepted my offer, you are bound to honouring the price we have agreed on, not revising it after. I went ahead with the deal so I can leave the message to warn future buyers. Seller lacks basic integrity to follow through on agreed deal price.
