Insincere buyer who doesn't keep to his promises. 1stly, he negotiated price(which is ok). I hesitantly gave in. Then, he wanted 2 neg further! Supposed 2 deal on 18/19th but he delayed 2 20th/21st wkend. No response for the wkend until I had to call him on 21st. He delayed further to end of mth n even SWEARED 2 buy. He also tried his luck by reconfirming price which was $10 lower than agreed price. Now he bluntly said he doesn't want to buy and wants to get fifa15 instead. No apology as well
