ms. Julie Ann was easy enough to negotiate with. her plants are good, healthy, as described & she was generous enough to give me a whole plant as a freebie. while she also agreed to let me book my own courier over the weekend, i was annoyed that she was unresponsive for almost the whole weekend. she later clarified that it was due to a family event/emergency. good seller+good service, recommended.
