Hello there, you could at least responded to my chat/WhatsApp/call, when I’m trying to solve this amicably. You stated in your post that the AirPods are brand new and sealed. When I opened it, firstly, the AirPods cover had scratches on it. And worst of all, there’s EARWAX on it. Like EWW. Especially with all the pandemic going on. How is this brand new man. So dishonest.

Terrible seller. Dishonest about the product, it came as a PEN liner. even checked with her if it’s a BRUSH liner and she said yes. the deal was smartpac and she agreed yet took a whole 5 days to send me mailproof after having to call and text persistently daily. and ended up sending by normal mail, item in bad condition. Refused to return me money for the paid tracked mail. Completely dishonest.
