Accepted offer, and sent the transaction receipt with my address and name. Seller promises to send the book, then goes quiet for a week and ignores all questions about delivery. After 1 week, seller says that she never received payment and says I faked the receipt. I checked with my bank and confirmed that the payment did happen, but the seller is ignoring all my attempts to talk about it. I consider myself scammed of RM45. I'll try and lodge a police report and small claims this week.
