Bought a earpiece from her and it was spoiled not once BUT thrice. Yes, you exchanged for me but if it’s spoiled 3x it meant that your item have serious defects. As a seller, you should have checked the quality of your item. Take a look at her other - feedback and you can easily prove the quality of her items🙄 BUY @ YOUR OWN RISK - If she did refund me as she mentioned, Carousell would not have deleted her - feedback on mine. You can also check who is lying on my sold listing for evidence! 🖕🏻

What???? We paid for all expenses and exchanged with the factory 2x and even refunded buyer but in the end we received this feedback. It's impossible to have 3 x mp3 spoiling all at the same time when we had been selling it for years . If it's once we can understand but not so many times for sure :( so sad to have dealt with this type of buyer
