Everything went on smoothly even though at times seller take a longer time to reply.. ordered with them a customised vanity mirror as a gift..After all the dealings, item finally arrived. Theres some defects with the mirror. Seek assistance from them and they gave me 2 choices either Return the item and get Fully refund or keep the mirror and they reimburse partly of the amount. Quite sad that they weren’t able to make amendments but nonetheless i appreciate their effort to come to a conclusion.
