Worst experience ever! I purchased a new brow tint from her, but the bottle seemed to be opened before. I tried it on after her re-confirmation as new & unopened. Then it turned my brows blue instead of gray brown. So I dropped by at Etude House outlet to check, and was told this shouldn't happen unless it was opened before or not stored properly such as at high temp. etc. Initially she offered half refund excl. POS then she turned "no reason to return". So no refund or whatsoever has been made.

But you never mentioned that hermo said it was normal and their customers had experienced this so it was not a faulty item :) and also I’ve agree to refund you without including the postage as its the money for me to post it to you which I did not earn but you want more than that :)
