really nice and pleasant seller.. quick and efficient, yet calm and patient. thank you hunn 😘 The transaction was done efficiently but item was not in the state as described.. the strap was cracked and broken..and has been treated with home methods, making it impossible to send back to the shop for treatment. When I expressed dissatisfaction she offered to buy back at a significant discount. I ended up paying extra just so i could change to a different bag. (from her other account swanlake).
