horrible seller, backdealed last minute when i reached the location alr. gave some lame ass excuse about selling on behalf on his brother n asked for more cash (+$10) on top of agreed price. if not the deal was off. horrifyingly, did not even bother to think on the buyers (my part) side and wasted my time traveling from yishun all the way to clementi. never want to deal with backdealers like this.
