For context, item for self-collect at Woodlands, but I delivered (20km away) for only $5 as goodwill. Buyer checked and accepted item during handover. When a charging issue was later reported, I did not dispute it or ask for proof. This is a new unopened item, hence not tested by me. However, a full refund including the completed delivery fee was given while buyer was still troubleshooting. I respect buyersโ right to review, but I believe the full facts matter and I handled this fairly.
