Asked for a demo and only received a coffee brewing video, so I specifically asked if the milk frother was working and was told yes. When the machine arrived, it came with 2 milk attachments—the original one and another that appears to be from a different machine. Unfortunately, the original milk attachment is faulty, and only the extra attachment works. Please be more transparent about defects.

Buyer chose from my Black/White Nespresso machines - went with Black which apparently had an issue. To appease the buyer (1) offered technical assistance (2) offered machine replacement (3) offered full return+refund - yet wouldn't come to agreement that the rating she left is inaccurate. Later found out machine is actually working, only a freebie accessory was not working, yet she wants partial refund. Going an extra mile for some buyers and you still can't please them. BEWARE OF THIS BUYER.
