Hi Buyer, This product is in perfect condition but we have not tried the cleaning robot as we wanted to maintain as new condition. The photos that we posted is shown in good condition. My wife raise twice request to check on our product, but you insist not necessary. We are honest SELLER. We have done FULL REFUND to your account and please keep the GOODS.
