Wonderful seller to work with!! First, we had the request to use mugs of our own for the customisation to be done on, which was gladly accepted by her, she also gave advices on what would be the best material to be used for the customisation to stay on. And even though the lead time for her works are usually ard 2 weeks, she rushed my request out in 3 days when she found out it was supposed to be a gift. Really appreciate her help and attentiveness!!!

Approached the seller to enquire about some items but did not end up buying yet the seller was really sweet and did not seem annoyed with me.
