It’s my first time booking a hotel through someone else. It was a good experience as the seller is responsive and will do his best to help with my requests. I did not get all I want but I know he tried very hard to negotiate with the hotel due to the peak period. I am grateful for the “extra benefits” though. We had a good stay and I will book my next hotel through him again!
