promise to touch the grout first before painting but never do, now grouting is dirty due to unevenness and now I need to brush the dirt everyday, there is one company that charges me cheaper some more but I choose this company due to their efficiency.

They provided the free touch up and have done a good job. At least they put the effort to come down and do the touch up. Very responsible.
