Very slow at responding. Frustrates to a point of not dealing at all. But we all have been busy in life understandable. Quite smart seller, better to check the ad and ask questions in detail. Mine said 85% new, but i never asked when it was bought.

The 85% so-called new Sofa didn't even last 80 days after receiving it. these sellers should be banned and punished from selling with false advertising. I wish i could take some other action after spending 250$ and 150$ for transport.

Please note that I said 85% new. I gave a 80% discount from original price. I do not know how you handle your sofas but it definitely will not look like that in 80 days. Maybe you have a pet which scratched the sofa or something.
