Made offer 3 weeks ago but said she'll only do it few days later. She dragged and then 1.5 weeks later she said she'll do by the next day. Gave her few more days but she didn't do. 1 week later, I asked and I told her that is very irresponsible, she started telling me her son is in emergency, and made it seem like I deemed her son's life as less important. You shd just tell me long ago if you're not planning to get it. Keep telling me she will transfer by a certain date but never did. Waste time
