Arranged with seller, date and time confirmed. Prior night to meet up, reconfirmed with seller, the time and date to meet. Next day, contacted seller when i left home, no reply. And when was at NUS Hall, no replies again. Had to leave after waiting 20mins. Finally seller responded that seller overslept. didnt have the courtesy to try make good or offer to fulfill the deal. Went silent again
