Hi there! thank you tama ka binasa ko nga and it says on your description “ORIGINAL muji pen for sale”.. u can’t argue na I should’ve not expected due to the low price. I still did because that’s what u claimed your item to be. Perhaps try to be very honest next time noh para walang reklamo on customer’s end — and I didn’t even reklamo at all, even if I felt deceived, nonetheless, I still accepted it. made an offer, asked me if i have any other makeup/s to declutter, even asked me to reserve the item for her, but ended up not responding nor getting the item. she was so nice to talk pa naman nung una :( if you're gonna see this and thinking of getting back at me for rating you low, pls be honest and fair. you know we had a deal

u only missed "a day" after the commitment!? NOPE, it was 4 days!! i kept on messaging u for a follow up, but u didn't even bother to reply. then you have the guts to get back at me and call me inconsiderate for rating you low?? don't you think it's petty and unfair in so many levels? also, pls stop saying that you insisted on pushing through w the transaction because you clearly DID NOT.

Please be fair too. I told you beforehand that I might not be able to reply asap due to my graduation prep. I messaged you the next day explaining the delay, hoping you would understand and proceed with the transaction. Instead, you accused me of joy reserving. I understand I should follow the reservation timeframe, but things happen & I only missed it by a day. Please be more considerate. If my intent was to waste your time, I wouldn't have reached out the next day to explain & apologize.
