Follow-up review
Seller only offered LBC pick up. Which is inconvenient. When that failed- and I reimbursed seller for failed delivery, their gas, another delivery fee of 254 daw— it turns out they also misquoted the delivery fee for the 2nd round. I spent another PHP 750 for delivery. Bringing my delivery total to PHp 1450 for a PHP 1250 item.
2 months ago (edited)Legit buyer, but very confusing to deal with. Buyer provided a nickname for the LBC COP transaction, which caused claiming issues later on. After the receipt was processed, they also requested changes to the name and branch, resulting in extra hassle and charges. COP terms were explained from the start. Buyer refused the return of the ₱750 sent, which caused doubled expenses on their side. I still assisted throughout, but the transaction was stressful and disorganized.
