Unpleasant experience. Buyer backed out of deal after confirming intention to purchase without any pressure from me. Very unfair of him to diss another buyer for doing the exact same thing (previous feedback).
I understand that I backed out, but it was with a few days notice before we were to deal and I provided a detailed reason why, plus a very sincere apology. True, it’s not ideal to back out, but I think you are being a bit over the TOP in your post!!!
Not understanding, wanted to withdraw offer earlier as got another offer since seller did not respond quickly enough
Once an offer is accepted, it is not unreasonable to expect the buyer to honour that agreement. Seems fair. Offer made at 2am and accepted at 6am.
