Item is defective, couldn’t charge up. disappointed that seller is refusing a refund and not responding. well~ lesson learnt

Unreasonable buyer. After purchase of item wanted refund because she claims that the monitor cannot connect. Then after that claim cannot charge. This is despite showing her that it was fully charged when it was delivered. Item was fully charged when delivered. Informed buyer she needs to use a higher voltage charger. Buyer is also a liar. I replied all her messages.
