Buyer makes offers and does not fulfill, makes excuses, and speak inappropriately - telling of what transaction will be. Dont take any offer and immediately block

Guess what, buyer has the nerve to place a review earlier before any conclusion of transaction despite no communication, no confirmation, moreso has placed an offer 40% lower which was accepted and dare not fulfill. Quite possible this person is unable to afford or pay 100 pesos. Dont waste your time.
