I sent the doll using Pgeon delivery and Pgeon told me they lost the parcel from the motorbike when the driver is doing Friday prayer. I told the buyer this, even asking her email address to get refund from Pgeon. But she refused to give me her email address, calling me scam, threaten to call police and lawyer on me. I could give her the refund, but this is not my fault. Pgeon should refund you.

As a seller u must act immedietly after get payment n other problem when the item still on ur side. I will take my action part when the parcel was lost in here but it not. I try to be nice asking u to replace with another doll with a better postage n willing to pay double but u were so many accused. From that we know u are scammer doll who create new fb n take a doll pic from another country seller that u are claim worldwide seller..it was nonsense even local buyer u cannot handle a 'lost parcel
