got a 1-star review just because of a mislabeled listing. i handled the shipping issues and even refunded the FULL payment since she wasn’t happy with the item. i put so much effort resolving the issue, but the review they made on my page didn’t reflect any of it. that’s straight up hatred 🤷♂️🤷♂️
