I sold buyer a nerf blaster which I hitched on a shipment I ordered from Amazon. Sold at cost. Item was brand new and unopened at the point of sales. Buyer was late as well which caused incurred cost for me. Called me an hour later stating the blaster was defective. Demanded a refund. Met up with him to find that item was NOT DEFECTIVE but with minor flaws on trigger lock which i managed to repair on my own. And now left with an opened blaster, money and time wasted. Thanks.
If item is not defective, why: 1 - sell at cost price? 2 - repaired yourself on the "NOT DEFECTIVE BUT WITH MINOR FLAWS" trigger lock. 3 - removed trigger safety lock and sell at reduced price? The main defect is that the trigger lock has caused the trigger mechanism to have a rigid trigger-pull, which is unacceptable as a basic function of a trigger. Why must exert so strenuously to fire a shot? You claimed it is "Normal" and not a defect which I absolutely disagree.
