這位買家有幾十個好評，我沒想過會交易不成。約好面交三件貨品，我完全配合哂買家的日子時間，佢亦知我交托哂人幫我交易，但前一晚才通知傢私不合尺寸取消交易(其實尺寸一早已列明)。淨番另外兩件小物件買家主動話第二天可先入錢，但已經多天過去，我唔覺得佢有意跟進。 This Buyer called Cancel the night before trading. She said the furniture size not ok (but I remarked the size clearly). Buyer said will bank deposit next day for 2 other Left over small items. However there is no transaction at all for days, she seem don’t want to reply further. This buyer had many good comments I did not expected this outcome. I am very disappointed.

其實這情況我應該要負評買家，因為如另外一位給予負評的留言者一樣有「玩弄賣家」的感覺。但考慮到買家尚算斯文有禮，所以給予中評，希望買家以後考慮清楚才按出價及約交易。
