BEWARE! Insisted parcel not received despite tracking stating delivered. SingPost opened an investigation for me. A few min later, she claimed she received it from neighbour & told me multiple times to close the case & not to complain to SingPost about always mixing up parcels. SingPost sent me a photo of the parcel in her letter box labelled with her unit number as evidence of correct delivery.
