Warning to sellers. I sent the bag in perfect condition to her and even showed a pic of me carrying the bag the night before she had lalamove pick it up in the morning. I packaged it gently and sent it out in the morning. She received it promptly before 11:30am. She messaged me hours later at 1:34pm showing that the strap hardware was deliberately destroyed into pieces. DO NOT DEAL WITH!
You did not send pictures before handing it over to the rider. The driver is my witness. You are accussing us of damaging your bag?! Anyway I just send the bag to Doctor Leather for repair.
